“Do Not Be Anxious”

Take a deep breath and exhale! Doesn’t that feel fantastic? Conscious breathing  (taking a deep breath and exhaling),  is an exercise in being present. Conscious breathing is the quickest way to send a message to your body that everything is indeed alright.  It releases stress, calms you down, relaxes you, and brings you back to this present moment.  When you are present you leave no room for mourning the past or anticipating the future. Anxiety consists of worrying about things that may, or may not come to pass in your life. Why waste precious life-force, energy, hopes, and dreams worrying? You will not find any teachings in the spiritual traditions in which a pupil is instructed to spend time worrying. It makes more sense to focus all of your attention on your moment-to-moment choices. When you are immersed in the present moment, you are truly living fully and abundantly. You will be able to sense your ability to participate in your life’s creation by being entirely conscious and involved in the process of creating the life you dream of. God needs your moment-to-moment participation and attention in order to manifest your dreams, hopes, and highest potential. God works through inspiration, music, thoughts, dreams, and omens, as well as through strangers, friends, and loved ones. There is no limit to God’s communication with all of his creations, including you. However, we do need to be present so as not to miss his presence and signs leading us to our destiny. That ongoing white noise called self-talk that you experience is blocking God’s whispers from connecting with you at this time. You have received this insight as confirmation that God and the Archangels are watching over you. They have asked that you remain present and make time to hear and commune with God’s presence. Silent prayer and meditation are some of the most effective vehicles to developing a more intimate relationship with God. Create a sacred space and make the time to commune with God every day and as often as you can. There is an art to being grateful! You do not have to yearn, regret, or hope for one day, because you are ever present, ever thankful, and actively celebrating each moment, each experience, and each encounter with as much intensity, attention, passion and enthusiasm as the very first time your heart’s desires became manifest. Choose to be ALL in, in your own life. Respect the miracle that is your life as it is, without having to fix or change anything, or desiring for “better” times. Don’t let the routine of everyday life numb your senses or distort the amazing creation that is YOU, and those that fill your everyday life with little pieces of heaven on earth. Be gloriously immersed in love, as the amount of gratitude your heart can hold, is in direct proportion to your spiritual ability to tap into limitless joy, in spite of external circumstances.
